The company's history started in March, 2005 with the idea of organizing a dealing center that could compete with the companies already existed in the Russian market not because of advertising and activity principles of Herbolife Company, but meeting real needs of traders working in the International financial market - Forex.

After long-term vain searching of a professional broker we realized the necessity to organize such a company by ourselves.

After the decision had been taken we started searching of adherents among Russian traders and among our countrymen living outside Russia.

Finally, in the end of April, 2005, we've created a command of competent traders, united by the idea of organizing a dealing company.

As a trading platform we've chosen MetaTrader, which is very popular not only in the Russian, but in the international market as well. Though we experienced some problems, in the middle of May, 2005, we started tests of a trading platform combining it with our software which provided automatic hedging in the esteemed and well-known foreign companies. To participate testing process we invited traders to work on testing accounts. To the end of May there were 100 of us already.

As a place of registration and location we've decided London.

On May, 31 our company was registered in Great Britain by the Registrar of Companies under section 710A of the Companies Act 1985" .

After we signed the Agreement on Hedging with two companies - Refco and Gain Capital, we continued in a close regime aiming live tests of our software which hedged automatically and controlled our traders positions. Each trader participating our software testing was granted a live account.

Long-term testing under the control of our team showed our readiness to enter the market. On June, 20, we announced the date we opened the company. July, 2, 2005 was chosen as an official date.
